UX Designer / UX Researcher

Key Requirements:

- A student or a graduate of Engineering or any related education
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Information Architecture or similar role
- Hands-on experience creating and implementing compelling user experiences that achieve business results
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Proficiency in software tools for prototyping and design
- Fluent English is a must (Upper-Intermediate +)

Main Duties:
- Conduct various forms of research to better understand end users and their needs
- Develop personas, user journeys, workflow analysis, or other design artifacts to frame an understanding of the user experience opportunity
- Tell compelling stories that articulate the desired user experience (including business and user needs)
- Create vetted wireframes, workflows, and sitemaps defined at the specification-level and work with engineering through implementation
- Create testable prototypes, conduct usability testing and iterate on designs accordingly
- Collaborate with other designers to confirm interface guidelines and design patterns for consistency across the broad portfolio of products
