Retail representative

Job responsibilities:

• Implementation of the sales plan in the entrusted territory. 

• Analysis of the implementation of key indicators; Reporting in agreed format. 

• Formation of a work schedule, the distribution of personnel at retail outlets and monitoring the observance of the working hours of promotional consultants; 

• Provision of promotional consultants with material, technical, information resources 

• Monitoring the availability and placement of promotional materials in stores; 

• Ensuring the interaction of a team of consultants with other divisions of the company; 

• Formation of weekly / monthly reporting; 

• Maintaining the required level of knowledge in the team;

• Conducting weekly / monthly meetings; 

Conducting training (training for partners employees, product training, coaching on individual development plans for promotional consultants). 

• Control of the representation of the Company's products in retail outlets; 

• Monitoring of merchandising standards adopted by the Company; 

• Visiting points of sale on assigned territory, according to the approved schedule.

• Placing of branding materials, providing suggestions for possible space for branding materials

• Making promotional activities in partners shops

Requirements::

• Experience in field sales of dedicated area at least 1 year in retail; 

• Confident PC user (office software required). 

• Human Resource Management Skills; 

• Knowledge of sales techniques; 

• Negotiation skills; Ability to convince people

• Presentation skills.
