Yellow Stone is looking for People Partner!

Yellow Stone is an IT product company that develops effective solutions and tools to promote and support business in the gaming industry.

The company's product is a technological platform for business solutions, built on a modular architecture, which allows us to create new and maintain existing B2B products of our customers with minimal time and resources.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in People Partner/HR manager role, providing full HR support to specialists (preferably in IT industry);
  • Deep awareness of the HR management practices: approach based on competencies, appraisal, performance review, compensation, retention, talent management, T&D;
  • Holding one-on-one meetings experience with using individual approaches and variety types of feedback;
  • Successful experience of launching HR project from scratch;
  • Knowledge of HR metrics knowledge;
  • At least intermediate English;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, planning and organization skills;
  • Goal-oriented approach at work

 

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding process and mid-term control of probation periods;
  • Holding one-on-one meetings with employees;
  • Support offboarding process of the employee;
  • Performance review;
  • Compensation review;
  • Ensuring HR procedures and policies are followed by employees;
  • Keep the relevant HR databases with employee's records;
  • Handling employee issues;
  • Taking part in organization of internal corporate events (now - in remote mode) ;
  • Taking part in annual evaluation process;
  • Support in elaborating personal development plans for the employees in line with performance appraisal process;
  • Support Talent Manager in delivering projects and initiatives
