Marketing Project Manager

As a cryptocurrency exchange, WhiteBIT aims to offer an intuitive user interface with a set of analytical tools for more than 3 million users. We work with cryptocurrency projects from around the world with one main goal – the mass introduction of blockchain technology.

Requirements:

We are looking for a skillful Marketing Project Manager with a flexible approach to work and a good ability to understand and adapt to new work flows.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall and best scenarios of usage;
• 3+ yrs working as Project Manager;
• Solid understanding of marketing;
• Risks and issues management experience;
• Hands-on experience leading projects in Agile framework;
• Hands-on experience work with marketing / design team;
• Hands-on experience with setting up performance metrics in marketing process;
• Excellent skills with stakeholder management;
• English: B1.

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of AAARRR, growth approach, experience in media marketing, knowledge of blockchain technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
• Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule;
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques;
• Report and escalate to management;
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders;
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks;
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
