Project Manager (IRC108074)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Project Manager to join its Kyiv office.

Requirements:

•   Hands-on experience in SW projects delivery
•   3+ years of relevant experience
•   Understanding of SDLC, different SW development methodologies, processes, and tools
•   Strong people management skills
•   Experience managing teams of 20+ people
•   Advanced spoken and written English
•   Has an understanding of the way the outsourcing company works (budgeting, planning) 
•   Strong communication and relationship management skills
•   Strong sense of ownership
•   Critical thinking is a must
•   The extra mile should be the style of work
•   Resiliency

Responsibilities:

• Manage several teams/projects (6+ scrum teams)
• Manage Scrum Masters and Product Owners 
• Provide reports (metrics) to the Customer
• Drive the staffing process
• Drive invoicing process
• Cover ongoing teams’ requests and needs
