Middle Automation QA Engineer (Python) (IRC80846)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Middle Automation QA Engineer (Python) to join its Kyiv office.

We are looking for an Automation Engineer with a passion for all aspects of automation framework development.

Qualified candidates will have a background developing and operating modern automation techniques across a broad range of tools and platforms.

The Automation Engineer will be responsible for the analysis and implementation of various aspects of software delivery automation,

including but not limited to continuous integration/continuous delivery processes, configuration management, containerization, and testing automation.

As an Automation Engineer, you will be part of a team providing project-based consulting, building solutions for Cambium clients.

Requirements

• Experience in Python programming language
• Experience with UNIX/Linux administration
• Experience with Test Plans and Test Cases development
• Understanding the principles of Algorithm Design
• Understanding of Test Automation and Continuous Integration principles
• Intermediate level of English. Good communication skills
• 2+ year of experience of Software development/test automation

Preferences

• Experience with following tools: TestRail, JIRA, Jenkins, GIT, Repo, VMware
• Experience in programming other languages (Java, Shell)
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Experience in developing or working within embedded operating systems
• Understanding and knowledge of L2/L3 networking standards
• Knowledge of Database management (MySQL)
• Knowledge of computer hardware architecture
• BS/MS degree in a technical discipline
