Requirements

GlobalLogic is looking for an objective-oriented product manager to join the medical devices team. Your primary goal will be to improve the existing products that help people around the world to manage their health conditions.

As a product manager, you will be a part of a cross-functional team working on the innovative product  features that improves the quality of life for patients all over the world. You are expected to communicate effectively and thoughtfully with other external teams and departments ensuring the short and long-term product goals and objectives set by the client are met. Internally you will work closely with the engineering and testing teams to decompose problems into actionable items and creating an execution plan.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy direction for your team based on the internal and external analysis
• Create product roadmaps and business plans
• Specify detailed business requirements and user stories that are used as a basis for product requirements specification and product architecture
• Provide the input to the team on product requirements and design
• Define tasks prioritization basis and manage the trade-offs among user experience, performance, reliability, security and profitability
• Clearly communicate complex product concepts to the team
• Work in collaboration with hardware and software teams to meet set deadlines without lack of product quality
• Work in collaboration with peer on customer side as well as marketing, legal, human factor external teams to translate practice needs, market analysis and regulatory environment factors into actionable product development items 
• Identify and resolve issues that can influence the teams' ability to meet set goals
• Create a team environment that encourages innovation
• Stay up to date with healthcare innovations on the market
