Our first-ever CompliBuddy system manages all candidate information and applicant processing while clients can log in and effortlessly view the applicant evaluation & lease-up process in real-time. Our HPD certified experts will guide our clients through all compliance requirements.
Basic Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent experience in the field
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment
High attention to details and accuracy
Knowledge of PC, office suite (including Outlook, Excel, and Word), Adobe PDF, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
Comfortable and productive working independently
- Show commitment to professionalism in the workplace, and show respect and maintain a professional attitude.
Other Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a professional fast-paced working environment
Knowledge of tax and real estate terminology
Previous experience using case management or client relationship systems
Key Responsibilities
Upon training, the project assistant will be mainly responsible for:
Prepare and draft opinion letters
Review and provide affordable/market unit mix analysis
Calculate rents for affordable units based on utilities and Area Median Income (AMI)
Prepare and draft various documents related to the application filing, including workbook, documents needed for the application, marketing plans, etc.
Prepare and assemble application packets
Prepare and record Restrictive Declaration on ACRIS
Monitor project progress for outstanding document/payment due
Prepare and submit Notice of Intention
Maintain quarterly records for rent roll and prepare quarterly compliance reports for existing projects.
Additional duties may be assigned.
