Motion Designer

As our After-Effects designer, you will be a key figure in our client's marketing team and will be the first After-Effects Compositor and Motion-Graphic animator. You will be in charge of video creation that will support all acquisition efforts on Facebook, Instagram, Google Display Network, Google Discovery, YouTube, LinkedIn Ads, and Social profiles. Your videos will get millions of views and will affect the company's performance. We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker and eager to bring to life creative and fresh ideas that will build working methodology with the team of brainstorming, ideation, prioritization, etc. The company marketing team and budget are growing, this means we will need ongoing high-quality videos and banners creation that will be agile and fast reaction to trends and success. You will be joining as our fourth team member and taking all the responsibilities as our Creative expert in the company.

Technical must experience:

• Bachelor of design in the visual communication department
• Experience of at least two years in characterization design and user experience / UI / UX customer experience
• Experience in video creation for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube ads
• Experience in creating static images for Facebook, and banners for LinkedIn, Google Discovery, and Google Display Network
• Master in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Proficiency with storyboarding and motion design, including a solid understanding of how frames translate into animation
• A portfolio of work that contains examples of Digital campaigns and strategy cross channels.
• Worked at start-up/startup vibe, Fast executioner, Dynamic persons

Technical advantage experience:

• Understanding of Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn’s best practices and guidelines for video creation
• Understanding of Google Discovery and Google Display Network guidelines for banners creations
• A degree in animation studies, motion design or filmmaking
• A portfolio of work that contains examples of Digital campaigns and strategy cross channels.
• Worked at start-up/startup vibe, Fast executioner, Dynamic persons
