We are looking for talented Change Manager and Project Coordinator who will lead Customer`s Change management process and assist with IT projects/implementations management.
Areas of Responsibility
- Coordinates execution of Change management process
- Identifying and implementing changes to Change management process
- Identifying exceptions and deviations
- Communicating new and changed policies
- Ensuring the standards and procedures are being followed
- Creating, analyzing and distributing Change management process reports
- Change management process documentation preparation
- Manage and coordinate work of resources responsible for projects implementation
- Perform projects estimation, continuous risk assessment and reporting
- Build and maintain business relationship with client’s managers responsible for the same projects
- Improve internal communication and management processes within projects
- Orchestrate and steer all aspects of project management, including project requirements and scope identification, planning, design, execution, etc.
- Identify, assess, track and advocate the business needs, milestones, goals, with adherence to timeframes, costs
- Establish proper geo-distributed project implementation process between onsite and offsite teams. Resolve all related knowledge transfer and infrastructure challenges
- Manage cross-functional communication across the teams for status updates, prioritization, changes-, risks- and issue management
- Establish and manage collaboration channels between the project team, executive team, business function leaders, stakeholders, and representatives of Customer
- Anticipate, track and address needs, interest, requests or inquiries from the stakeholders and provide transparent, regular and precise updates and progress reports
- Other technical and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Strong experience with ITIL- and ITSM-related processes as well as project management hands-on experience
- Understanding of all project stages: from initiation to closure and maintenance
- Experience with different project management approaches
- Understanding of Scrum, Agile
- Requirements analysis, writing proposals and specifications
- Broad understanding of IT technologies
- Infrastructure services knowledge
- Solid technical background
- University Degree or equivalent
