Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with HR, PR, Marketing departaments
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date HR files
• Preselecting talents for various positions
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, job sites, social media, etc
• Selecting, ordering, preparing and distributing promo materials and presents for conference participants
• Participation in assessment-center
• Participation in conferences and career fairs.

Qualifications:

• Higher education
• Intermediate level of English
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong team-playing skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Stressresistance / openness to new experiences
• Propensity for creativity
• Experience in recruitment and/or event management will be a plus
