Skype/Voice engineer

The project is looking for an experienced candidate to become a member of Operation Team. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Skype for Business products and be able to troubleshoot and resolve software, configuration problems across Skype communication platform.

Successful candidates should correspond to the following set of required competencies / skills:

•Skype for Business Server 2015/2019 & Certification

•Strong knowledge of administration and configuration of Skype for Business Server, Internet Information Services, PKI, MS SQL Server, Office Online Server, Active Directory, Web Application Proxy.

•Knowledge& experience of a various scripting languages (PowerShell, VBasic, Batch, еtc.)

•Experience with large multilayer networks

•Must have 2+ years of related Skype/Voice engineering experience.

•Good command of English.

Desired Skills & Experience:

•Knowledge of ADFS, Office365, Microsoft Teams or any other MS product is an advance

•Knowledge & experience of a various virtual technologies and environment (MS Hyper-V, VMware) is a plus

•Knowledge of ITIL is an advance

•Strong troubleshooting skills preferred

•Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment preferred.

•Service oriented professional attitude.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge& experience of SIP Trunks, SBAs, SBCs & Media Gateways

• Knowledge & experience of IP Phones and Room solutions

• Knowledge & experience of Hardware Load Balancers.

• Knowledge & experience of 3rd party call center solutions.
