Infopulse welcomes talented professionals to join our team as a Business Analyst in Telecommunications projects in Kyiv. 

Areas of Responsibility 

• Planning BA activities for several projects ( 2-6 at a time) • Defining business needs and solution scope 
• Requirements engineering - eliciting complete business and solution requirements using various BA techniques (User Stories, Use Cases, Workflow Models, Data Flow Diagram, Data Model, Prototyping, etc.).
•  Communicating requirements to the stakeholders 

Qualifications 

• Complete higher education (preferably in IT, or Telecommunications).
•  Over 4 years of experience as a business analyst, or a sales analyst in large fmcg and / or telecom 

projects.

• Competence in collecting, developing and managing the requirements for the development of IT 

systems. 

• Competence in developing and modeling  business processes, as well as  designing resource-service 

models.

•  Knowledge of ETOM, ITIL standards will be an advantage.
•  Good analytical skills, energy, perseverance, determination, stress resistance, motivation to 

perform well and achieve results,  desire and ability to learn, ability to solve complex cross

functional problems.

• Fluency in  written and spoken Ukrainian and Russian languages. 
• Skills of reading and writing technical documentation in English
