Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project and to work full time as a Service Desk Specialist in our Kyiv office.

 

Areas of responsibility:

  • Provide first line support activities for email/skype/phone requests
  • Specify and implement improvements in the internal service desk services
  • Communicate with customers in order to guarantee customer complaints resolution according to SLA
  • Create and/or correct knowledge base articles such as "How to", "FAQ" and other

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in the service desk department will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot etc.), CRM systems, data dependencies in master lists and metadata process work flow, working principles of service desk department in a big company
  • Knowledge of KPIs, analysis of statistics and reports
  • Good written and spoken English
