HR Manager

Infopulse Ukraine is looking for talented professionals to join our team as a HR Manager.

Areas of Responsibility

• Execute and follow main HR specialist lifecycle processes in close cooperation with department managers (from adaptation to dismissal)
• Monitor specialist adaptation progress and satisfaction
• Coordinate and participate in specialist evaluation programs
• Evaluate attrition risks and track their mitigation in cooperation with department managers
• Make analytical reports and run researches on specialists satisfaction, attrition statistics, compensation packages
• Consult managers and specialists on current issues: teamwork, specialists motivation, conflict resolution, company policies and regulations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of practical experience in supporting HR processes (recruitment/specialists evaluation) in an IT-company
• Theoretical knowledge of all HR processes (recruitment, adaptation, evaluation, dismissals, retention, rotations)
• Understanding of HR-IT specifics
• English: intermediate+
• Irreproachable fluency in Ukrainian and Russian is a must
• MS/BS university degree
