Infopulse Ukraine is looking for talented professionals to join our team as a HR Manager.
Areas of Responsibility
- Execute and follow main HR specialist lifecycle processes in close cooperation with department managers (from adaptation to dismissal)
- Monitor specialist adaptation progress and satisfaction
- Coordinate and participate in specialist evaluation programs
- Evaluate attrition risks and track their mitigation in cooperation with department managers
- Make analytical reports and run researches on specialists satisfaction, attrition statistics, compensation packages
- Consult managers and specialists on current issues: teamwork, specialists motivation, conflict resolution, company policies and regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of practical experience in supporting HR processes (recruitment/specialists evaluation) in an IT-company
- Theoretical knowledge of all HR processes (recruitment, adaptation, evaluation, dismissals, retention, rotations)
- Understanding of HR-IT specifics
- English: intermediate+
- Irreproachable fluency in Ukrainian and Russian is a must
- MS/BS university degree
