Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project as IT Support Engineer (L2) (ID:8232) at our Kyiv office on a long-term in finance domain
Our client is a leading service provider for credit information and risk management solutions worldwide. The main product that we are working on is a platform for information exchange within the banking and non-banking sectors and provides organizations with the ability to store and distribute information and intelligence.
A successful candidate will participate in a large international team and will be responsible for:
- 3+ years' experience in MS Windows system administration
- Strong knowledge of administration and configuration of Windows servers
- Strong understanding of backup and monitoring solutions
- Good knowledge of server platforms and server administration
- Experience in working with Azure or AWS is a plus
- Good knowledge of SQL and ability to write and tune queries
- Experience with DBs
- English intermediate
- Service oriented professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Software and hardware problems diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Communication with customers
- Identification of solutions / workarounds to resolve the issues quickly as possible Managing the support both via remote access or without
- Defining the root cause of the issue
- Escalation / collaboration of unresolved issues to internal teams (infra, software developers, product management)
- Follow-up and delivery of on non-code-changes (changes of user roles/lists, DB updates, matching interventions, DB maintenance etc)
- Providing clients education where needed due to knowledge gaps in products / business usage
