Lead UX/UI Consultant

Infopulse is looking for a Lead UX/UI Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. You will have an opportunity to lead and mentor a team of talented designers. In this role, you will need to apply all your passion to solve business' and end customers' challenges with a simple but engaging design. In addition, you will have to provide a clear vision of UX/UI process and standards to clients, your colleagues and other teammates.

Responsibilities

• Set an example of producing a clear user experience out of complex and chaotic requirements
• Build a strong, competent team of designers and take responsibility for growing in-house expertise and establishing collaboration with other departments
• Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to your teammates
• Promote and cultivate Design Thinking attitude within the team, company and our customers
• Keep track of industry trends and best practices
• Measure the effectiveness of the team
• Effectively manage various domains projects
• Perform design review on regular basis with the team, customers and stakeholders
• Advocate user experience solutions, test and validate quantitively and qualitatively

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI
• Experience in rapid prototyping
• Experience in building UX competence, guiding and mentoring colleagues
• Experience in defining service offering will be a plus
• Excellent presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Advanced level of English
• Readiness to travel on business
