Mobile developer Android / Xamarin

ABONA Ukraine on behalf of the ABONA Deutschland GmbH, the system integration and software development company from Bruchsal, Germany, is looking for a Mobile application developer to join our software development team on a full-time basis in our office in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Duties

• Develop mobile applications for real-time geolocation tracking and other purposes

 Requirements

• Commercial experience in software development (2+ years), ability to work standalone, no couching for trainees or juniors!
• Android and/or Xamarin Forms
• JavaScript
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
• Azure Notification Hub
• WebSockets
• Offline-Mode
• Essentials in the Git and Azure DevOps.
• UI design experience (sketches, previews)
• Intermediate+ English level (verbal communication with developers from Germany)

 Nice to have

• Experience with Google Maps API (Directions API) or Azure Maps API or similar
• ASP.NET or NodeJS for backend applications, RESTful API
  
• Experience with C# or Java
• Experience with authentication and authorization for web/mobile applications
  
• Experience writing technical documentation (API documentation)

 We offer

• Flexible work schedule and dress code, working hours are 09:00 - 18:00 EET
• Casual overtimes are possible with additional compensation
• Three-months probation period
• 15 working days for vacation plus 2 paid day-offs after probation period
