Requirements:
— Proven work experience as a people partner 6 months
— Understanding of the HR process: On-boarding, Off-boarding, Performance Review, Adaptation, etc.
— Ability to drive organizational changes and setup processes from scratch
— Experience in company brand development
— Interest in continuous improvement and running experiments
— Passion and desire to work with people
— Strong leadership skills and pro activeness
— People Management skills
— Strong troubleshooting skills
— High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
— Ability to mentor and coach leaders
— Experience working with distributed teams
— English — Intermediate+
Responsibilities:
—Establish and further develop HR processes in the company (40-50 people)
— Document relevant policies for the company’s sustainable growth and development
— Work closely with management and people to improve work relationships, build high-performance culture and retention strategy
— Hold 1:1s, exit interviews, and feedback sessions
— Assist in the Performance Review
— Assist managers and employees in conflict management
— Manage HR system with employee data
— Identify training needs for teams and individuals
— Drive processes targeted to build and elaboration company’s culture
— Checking English level
