Chief Business Analyst, Data Governance and Business Intelligence Unit

Objective:

The incumbent as a part of Finance department will govern the data analytics working on data driven decision support across functions and business units. The role is required to be a key liaison between the Businesses, Finance and IT in order to:

• Produce necessary data analytics and reporting to business users
• Improve an existing information system, data management processes and data infrastructure as the essential condition for feeding business analytics and reporting
• Develop and manage optimal and scalable Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to meet customer needs (MIS reporting, data analytics, data visualization and data modelling)

Role responsibility:

• Develop effective in-house data analytics function for faster, better problem solving to address the business needs, create business impact and drive business value
• Perform diagnostic and rationalize existing Data Architecture, DWH, Data Marts and ETL, streamline the Data Flow processes
• Produce regular Managerial Reports and Data Analysis (KPI, dashboards) with the help of BI tools and SQL
• Identify opportunities to improve existing managerial reporting processes with the use of technology solutions to produce better and faster data analytics
• Collaborate with various business users to translate evolving business needs into coherent reports and analytics to help them make data driven business decisions
• Develop policies and procedures for collection and analysis of data
• Execute BI-systems related projects within assigned budget and timelines

Requirements:

 Must have:

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Data analytics;
• Experience with relational databases SQL (PL/SQL Developer or Oracle SQL Developer);
• Experience in designing Data Architecture, DWH, Data Marts and ETL processes

 Nice to have:

• Experience in application and integration of BI systems (QlikView, Qlik Sense, Oracle BI, Power BI)
• Experience in creation of analytical reports (KPI, dashboards) with use of BI systems and SQL
• Experience in Data Flowchart Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) documentation;
• Basic knowledge of banking products and digital banking (cards, deposits, saving accounts)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel

Qualification:

• Bachelor/Master's degree in finance, statistics, math, computer science (or related);
• Language skills: English (upper-intermediate);
