What you will be responsible for:

Preparation of the Development plan for the bank employees

• Managing the training budget
• Analyzing the efficiency of external and internal training programs
• Development and administration of bank e-learning system
• Creating new electronic training courses
• Participation in the projects on improvement of business processes and banking products

What we would like you to have:

• Experience as a business trainer (banking background would be an advantage)
• Knowledge of e-learning systems
• Understanding of methodology of training programs and tests
• Experience in training delivery, mediation, facilitation
• Good level of English in order to have the exposure to the top management
