You:

• completed your education with a degree in law
• have 2 years of experience
• know civil, commercial, labour law
• Speak and write English

You will be involved in:

• Cooperating directly with representatives of Piraeus Bank (Greece) on issues related to corporate governance
• Arranging general shareholders meetings, supervisory and management board meetings. Drafting minutes and related documents
• Interacting with representatives of National bank, Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine as well as other state bodies
• Drafting constitutional documents, internal regulation on bank's corporate bodies. Advising on corporate governance issues
• Ensuring compliance of bank's corporate governance system with regulatory requirements of Ukrainian legislation and best international practices
• Reviewing contracts (lease, sale and purchase agreement, service agreement, license agreement etc.)
• Advising on mandatory direct debit, disclosure of banking secrecy
• Advising on the matters in the field of civil, commercial, labor as well a banking law of Ukraine
