Operations Manager for China

We are currently searching for a talented and highly motivated Operations Manager who will ensure smooth entry of Genesis businesses into the Chinese market. The successful candidate will be the key POC for our teams in China and will be responsible for building Chinese office from scratch.

You will be responsible for:

• Proactively delivering all administrative operational requirements of the business through collaboration with the local partners (user acquisition & monetization platforms, app stores, hosting providers etc.) and contractors;

• Help to find contractors and employees for closing various business tasks and monitor the status of open tasks from the beginning till the end;

• Implementing Human Resources activities including recruitment, hiring process, new employees orientation and onboarding;

• Take active part in developing and implementing a clear roadmap for Genesis products to be represented at key traffic & monetization platforms and in app stores;

• Identify operational gaps and help refine or develop new processes for operational efficiency;

• The successful candidate will work in Kyiv, with frequent business trips to China.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1.5 years+ of admin, operations, account management or similar experience, preferably in the international company;

• Fluent Chinese (HSK 5-6) and English is a must;

• Committed to teamwork and collaboration, you enjoy communicating with people;

• Strong problem-solving skills and capability to adapt in various situations;

• Attention to details and desire to keep everything organized;

• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);

• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus;

• Living, studying or working experience in China is a big plus.
