Business Development Manager for China

We are currently searching for a talented and highly motivated Business Development Manager who will ensure smooth entry of Genesis businesses into the Chinese market. The successful candidate will be the key POC for our teams in China and will be responsible for building long lasting partner relationships with the major Chinese platforms.

You will be responsible for:

• Researching the local market and key market players, developing a strategy to enter the market and identifying opportunities to achieve business goals;

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with major partners including user acquisition and monetization platforms, app stores, payment systems, hosting providers etc.;

• Learning and accumulating knowledge of the partners key policies and requirements. Ensuring Genesis teams are aware of such requirements;

• Developing and implementing a clear roadmap for Genesis products to be represented at key traffic & monetization platforms and in app stores;

• Preparing business presentations and representing the firm at major business events and meetings;

• The successful candidate will work in Kyiv, with frequent business trips to China.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1.5 years+ proven business development, consulting, account management or similar experience;

• Fluent Chinese (HSK 5-6) and English;

• A proven track record of achieving targets relating to new markets' / products' launch or building strong teams or processes from scratch;

• Strong problem-solving skills and capability to adapt in various situations;

• Excellent interpersonal skills to build good relationships with partners and key stakeholders;

• Advanced PowerPoint user;

• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel);

• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus;

• Living, studying or working experience in China is a big plus.
