Junior Project Manager

We are looking for an active and structured Operations Project Manager in our marketing department to grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes.

This position for you if:

• You are a people-oriented Operations Manager with at least 2-3 years of administrative and project management experience;

• You have advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint);

• Keeping things organized is easy for you and handling multiple tasks at once is not a challenge;

• You pay attention to details and you're great at taking a huge project and breaking it into prioritized tasks;

• You're practical and business oriented, cooperative, and a team player who loves to help others;

• You're able to support and organize a remote team of native speakers and translators;

• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Ukrainian, Russian and Upper Intermediate English+ (able to read, write, communicate freely with foreigners, able to read and write documentation in English).

What You'll Do:

• Work with top managers to improve operational efficiency and take over minor operational tasks;

• Manage remote team of native speakers and translators;

• Hiring remote employees to the team;

• Be responsible for the localization process of our product;

• Design and implement business processes, grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes;

• Make analytics and presentations;

• Maintain constant communication with management and staff to ensure proper operations of the organization;

• Develop, implement, document and maintain processes.
