Support Agent Remote (Night Shift)

You will work with our customers to build relationships and drive value based on customer defined goals.

So, what You'll Be Doing:

• Ability to work the evening or night shift 19:00 - 02:00 or 00:00 - 08:00;
• Communication with clients via mail and social networks: answers to inquiries; problem solving, assistance in using the service; 
• Interaction with marketing and product teams to identify and resolve problems; 
• Processing feedback from customers to improve the product.

What We'll Expect from You:

• 1+ year experience providing exceptional software, technical or sales-oriented customer support required;

• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet deadlines and goals;

• Fluent English (written is a must);

• Excellent written communication skills; 

• Focus on quality and effective work; 

• Initiative, ability to offer own ideas; 

• The desire to help people; 

• The desire for self-development.
