ProSteer Group is looking for a talented, experienced and goal-oriented business development manager to join our team and focus on one of the leading business units of our company. You will be in charge of a business dealing with online and offline sales of engineering equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze the market
- Develop and implement the business strategy
- Increase the revenue of a business unit, develop different sales channels
- Expand the product range
- Manage a team of a business unit within a matrix organizational structure of the company
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing
- Business/market analysis skills
- Proactive, disciplined, goal-oriented
- Good communicational and analytical skills
- English - intermediate / upper intermediate
