Business Development Manager

ProSteer Group is looking for a talented, experienced and goal-oriented business development manager to join our team and focus on one of the leading business units of our company. You will be in charge of a business dealing with online and offline sales of engineering equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze the market
• Develop and implement the business strategy
• Increase the revenue of a business unit, develop different sales channels
• Expand the product range
• Manage a team of a business unit within a matrix organizational structure of the company

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing
• Business/market analysis skills
• Proactive, disciplined, goal-oriented
• Good communicational and analytical skills
• English - intermediate / upper intermediate
