HR Specialist

We are looking for a friendly, people-oriented and results-driven personality to complement our HR team!

Requirements:

• 2+ year of experience in HR (IT experience preferred)
• Solid knowledge of different HR processes in company
• Experience in conducting one-to-one meetings is a must
• English level - B2 or higher
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities

Main duties:

• Maintaining onboarding and adaptation of new employees
• Conducting face-to-face meetings with employees and resolving different employees requests
• Contribute to employees motivation efforts
• Working with different HR documentation
• Organizing corporate events
• Help with internal activities aimed at corporate culture development
• Administrate company benefits (medical insurance, foreign languages courses, yoga classes etc.)
