We are looking for a friendly, people-oriented and results-driven personality to complement our HR team!
Requirements:
- 2+ year of experience in HR (IT experience preferred)
- Solid knowledge of different HR processes in company
- Experience in conducting one-to-one meetings is a must
- English level - B2 or higher
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Main duties:
- Maintaining onboarding and adaptation of new employees
- Conducting face-to-face meetings with employees and resolving different employees requests
- Contribute to employees motivation efforts
- Working with different HR documentation
- Organizing corporate events
- Help with internal activities aimed at corporate culture development
- Administrate company benefits (medical insurance, foreign languages courses, yoga classes etc.)
