Project manager for Moderation Team

Now we are looking for a talented Project manager for Moderation Team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage a team of content moderators (workflow optimization, training, regular feedback);
• Optimize moderation process by integrating AI models;
• Reach product goals on content and profile moderation and plan your team development;
• Cooperate with developers and analysts on the development of tools for moderation and automation process;
• Take part in staff recruitment and appraisals.

What We'll Expect From You:

• Prior experience in management;
• Strong written and spoken English B2+ (you will use English for daily communication with your team);
• Understanding of content moderation process and how to manage it;
• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making (SQL);
• Confidence, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations and providing feedback to team members;
• Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve the moderation process;
• Self-motivation and self-starting: proven track record in personal initiatives;
• Excellent teamwork skills.
