App Product Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Explore dating habits of different world regions;
• Estimate attractiveness of people;
• Balance activity between men and women;
• Optimize recommender system;
• Encourage women to like and write messages more often;
• Provide timely notifications according to user activity cycles;
• Research mobile app market trends and best practices;
• Implement Behavioural models to improve product retention;
• Optimize marketing expenses.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in mobile application product analytics;
• Significant experience of product KPI optimization and performance of A/B testing;
• Proficiency in SQL (Vertica, Clickhouse);
• Experience to formulate product development hypotheses and lead a data-driven product management process;
• Advanced knowledge of statistics;
• Basic skills of Machine Learning (theory and practice);
• Experience BI and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI is a plus);
• Experience in python/R will be an advantage.
