appflame - is a young and fast-growing company. It launches and develops its products in social discovery / social network / dating niches. Our products operate primarily on Tier-1 markets, such as the USA, Great Britain, Canada, and Australia. The speed of project development from the first idea to a ready-to-use product, the absence of bureaucracy, result-oriented work, data-driven development, and decision making are our key advantages. We are fans of the data analysis. We like making hypotheses, coming up with new ideas and implementing them on our products.All the members of our young but already big team love what they do.

 

This position will be a perfect fit for those, who can't imagine their lives without communication and new professional challenges, for those whose head constantly generates new ideas (even crazy ones), for multitaskers, who just can't sit still and want to know everything.

 

Our ideal candidate:

1) Likes to initiate new ideas and take charge. This won't be a job where you'd be given a list of tasks to perform. Your main task will be to evaluate the situation (main product changes & the market), and come up with ideas of partnerships & features that would be useful at that particular time to boost the product on the market. You will always work on the things you like instead of just waiting for a list of boring tasks from your team lead.

2) Knows how to work in a dynamic environment. If you are not a kind of a person who likes to work on the same routine tasks day after day, this is a perfect place for you. All of our partnerships and campaigns are very diverse, so the person would be switching the type of their work all the time.

3) Wants to grow and develop. We're looking for someone, who will be capable of organizing and structuring work, leveraging a network of freelancers in different locations, and including new challenging tasks in their portfolio. We aren't looking for someone who has immense experience and works by the book; we are looking for someone, who would be willing to experiment and grow as a professional in the fastest possible way.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with existing partners.
  • Finding and securing new brand partnerships.
  • Planning and supervising successful activation of partnerships.
  • Representing the Brand at conferences and events.
  • Contributing to the product improvement and development.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in related field.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written) is a must.
  • At least 1 year of work experience on a position where you had to communicate with partners in English (PR; Communications, Business Development etc)
  • Good understanding of the modern world (understanding the importance of inclusivity, equality, diversity and non-discrimination).
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a team.
  • Experience of working with tier-1 markets will be a plus.
