Investment Associate

HORIZON CAPITAL, the leading private equity firm in Ukraine, assets under management are over $850 million is looking for Investment Associate.

You will:

• Provide analytical support in identifying, screening, and evaluating investment opportunities;

• Provide analytical support for M&A transactions (acquisitions, exits, etc);

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on industry sectors;

• Gather and analyze company specific operating and financial information;

• Track macro-economic and other financial and non-financial indicators, to develop informed view on important market trends;

• Create and maintain information databases.

You will need:

• Fluent English and Ukrainian;

• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills;

• Experience with domain-specific databases e.g. Capital IQ, EIU is a plus;

• Excellent analytical, planning, presentation, organization and interpersonal skills;

• Strong investment or financial background is required – i.e. Big4, investment banking, VC/PE (3+ years of experience).
