QA Lead

Job Description:

• Test and lead the Quality Assurance Specialists team;
• Plan, estimate, deploy and manage the testing effort for an ongoing project;
• Manage the creation and execution of testing plans and test cases to ensure entry and exit criteria is met for each test phase in agreed timescales and resources;
• Create, lead, manage and evolve QA testing processes, test phases and test methodologies to achieve the constant improvement of the quality level;
• Maintain testing standards and develop testing strategies and tools across software solutions in multiple projects to achieve the unified testing approach;
• Provide QA review of documentation, design and demo models delivered by internal and outsourced software development teams;
• Identify and report on quality related risks of the projects handled by the QA team;
• Implement and support the Automation testing in order to initiate, manage and maintain the automation scripts to succeed reduced testing timescales and lower manual test effort and execution;
• Proactively take ownership and management of issues, initiate and participate in problem-solving activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in managing teams of QA Engineers;
• Experience in testing of web and/or mobile applications (5+ years);
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• University Degree in computer science or equivalent;
• Experience in Risk Management;
• Experience in Release Management;
• Experience with Jira, Testrail, Git, Teamcity;
• Leadership skills.

As a plus:

• Experience in gambling;
• Experience in using test automation tools.
