Product marketing manager (middle-senior)

As the product marketing manager at Beetroot Academy, your primary role will be to work on creating and implementing marketing strategy for our product group of 10 courses. You will work closely with the product and marketing team and create independent promotion plans for specific courses. 

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a passion & vision for education, exhibit excellent analytical skills, be a strong communicator, strategic, and thrive in ambiguous environments to drive impact across teams.

Timeframe: december 2020 - june 2021, with possibility to extend the project duration 

Responsibilities:

• Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)

• Together with product and marketing manager work on product’s categorization and product groups

• Develop and refine naming, messaging, and positioning for the core courses

• Constant market analysis of current trends and competitors positioning. 

• Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy

• Define go-to market strategy for new courses or review unsuccessful old one 

• Create and deliver training and guides for sales (customer support managers) and support (regional coordinators and educational managers) 

• Be an expert on competitive products, trends and share insights across the company 

• Be a part of developing growth loops and upsell strategies 

Requirements:

• Experience in IT or educational sector

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role

• Familiar with product marketing tactics

• Strong ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working

• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills

• Copywriting skills in Russian and Ukranian 

• Intermediate level English language

• Excellent teamwork skills
