Growth Hacker/Marketing Specialist

Beetroot Academy is growing fast and so is our number of students! Which means we need to scale up our marketing activities and attract even more customers. As the digital growth manager you’ll be the one responsible to manage existing marketing channels, execute campaigns, analyse and optimise performance. 

Responsibilities:

• Develops and delivers marketing demand generation plan through digital awareness and conversion campaigns

• Channels and levers include paid social, PPC, email marketing, CRO and SEO.

• Optimises and reports on campaign and website performance including traffic to lead, cost per lead and ROI

• Leads eCRM strategy, including lead nurture, lifecycle communication and segmentation campaigns

• Works closely with the Content Marketing Manager to distribute content across paid channels

• Increase direct response through continuous ideation, testing and learning of ad copy and creative

• Enable efficient scaling through audience and targeting optimisation

• Collaborate with creative team to share learnings, best practices and execute new ad ideas

• Analyze and optimize on lower-funnel metrics to ensure campaign ROI improves as it scales.

Requirements:

• Experienced Paid Social marketer with a track record of scaling ad spend whilst maintaining CPAs
• Obsessed with testing and learning both creative and targeting to improve performance
• Empathetic with an intuitive understanding of how customers make purchase decisions
• Able to manage agencies and freelancers.
• A data driven approach to scaling systems
• A hacker’s type mentality full of curiosity and creativity.
• Inbox 0 type personality.
• Copywriting skills in Russian and Ukranian 
• Intermediate level English language
• Excellent teamwork skills
