Project Coordinator in Urban Space

We're looking for the experienced Project Coordinator to join our family!

This time, we are looking for someone with a passion to organization and having things done in the most efficient way.

Who are you? While your skillset and experience are important factors for the position, your personality, approach and drive to develop yourself is of even higher importance. We hope that you are a "team person" as well as a highly motivated individual. We also hope that you are a problem-solver who can work independently is well organized and attentive.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Event management together with PR manager
• Registration of NGO, LLC, preparation of contracts together with lawyers
• Support of co-founders at the stage of joining the NGO
• Report preparing assistance

What are we looking for a professional who:

• Has at least 1 year of project management experience
• Understands and shares values of Urban Space, Beetroot Academy, Teple Misto
• Is responsible, proactive, self-organized and has the ability to learn quickly
• Has at least intermediate level of English (writing and speaking)

Bonus if you:

Have a background in social projects and understand social trends
