Customer Service Specialist

Geberit Group is a European leader in the field of sanitary products with its headquarters located in Switzerland.

Geberit Trading LLC, a Ukrainian sales company of the Group, is in search of a proactive person willing to join our team.

We expect our new hire:

1. To deal with order placements.
2. To deal with contracts, agreements, specifications.
3. To negotiate delivery schedules with plants (Germany, Poland, Ukraine) & customers.
4. To schedule shipments and plan truck loading.
5. To cooperate with the transportation company.
6. To maintain SAP operations.
7. To prepare required documents for customs clearance and import of the goods.
8. To prepare required documents for customs clearance and export of the goods.
9. To issue invoices, delivery invoices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. English command - Intermediate+.
3. Considerable experience in document processing.
4. SAP literacy will be an advantage.
5. At least a year of experience in customer service, logistics or related field will be a plus.
6. Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to team members.
