In IAG GBS, every day is different. And the same is true for SAP Super Users team. What makes this role unique is the opportunity to participate in formation of a new team and build SAP expertise within IAG GBS. You will support and assist IAG GBS Operations by translating business requirements into solution designs, while gaining strategic insight into the fast-paced and exciting aviation industry.

As a SAP Super User you will:

• Provide expertise in business usage of SAP Modules, particularly FI-CO and BRF+
• Manage and act, along with IT and 3rd Technical Support, the technical and business errors in SAP functioning reported by end users. Liaise between business users and the Development Team
• Resolve the quick fixes in terms of changes and updates in SAP - e.g. table updates Support migration and improvement projects within the scope of services
• Manage the portfolio of SAP enhancements, act as a key stakeholder in determining the change agenda of ERP
• Stay on top of changes in SAP, new releases and working hand in hand with IT Team to implement them
• Promote and implement the automation agenda for SAP
• Manage the SAP licenses and their usage within the Group

Our key requirements are:

• Degree in Information Systems or related field
• 4-5 Full Life Cycles in the listed modules of Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Material Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD) & Production Planning (PP)
• Knowledge of SAP Controlling (CO) / Material Management (MM) / Production Planning (PP) / Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence (MII) would be an asset
• Ability to provide technical and functional specifications and work with ABAP/Developer teams
• Fluent in English, advanced Spanish would be an asset
• ABAP Programming experience and familiarity with standard SAP programming concepts, practices, and procedures
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
