ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

British American Tobacco is looking for an intern who will be responsible for documentation flow to enforce team and ensure proper documentation flow process

Reports to: PR and SMM manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Processing requests, preparation of contracts, applications, agreements with suppliers according to the internal process, their coordination with the Lex, Accounting Team.
• Authorization of suppliers (request and verification of registration, permits).
• Initiation and control of the introduction of new suppliers into the internal system of the company.
• Maintaining the statuses of documentation in the internal system.
• Verification of supplier reporting documents for compliance with the terms of contracts, preparation of reports for the client.
• Control of the timely receipt of primary documentation from suppliers (invoices, acts, tax invoices, reports).
• Entering information about payments into the internal accounting system.
• Be responsible for negotiation with partners and suppliers in terms of documents flow.

 ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Previous experience documents flow management.
• Will be a plus knowledge of accounting and legal document flow base.
• Computer and software skills.
• Strong attention to details.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Persuasive communicator, able to make clear recommendations for action.
• Happy managing multiple stakeholder requirements.
