BAT UKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR HR INTERN

SENIORITY LEVEL: Entry level

LOCATION: Kyiv

APPOINTMENT TYPE: Temporary

You will join our Ukrainian HR team of highly experienced colleagues who are all dynamic professionals that work in an international environment and use best HR practices for achieving outstanding business results.

HR Internship Programme helps you to develop exceptional skills in Human Resources, gain valuable experience, knowledge, and get to grips with the strategic nature of HR.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL COVER THE FOLLOWING:

• Help to develop strong employer brand
• Analyses the effectiveness our social media channels and generate ideas for improvement
• Manage our social media agency 
• Participate and support HR Projects and initiatives (onboarding, learning & development)
• Collaborate and assist HR team with inquiries

ABOUT YOU:

• Current student or freshly graduate
• Solid writing skills
• Upper-intermediate English level
• Availability during work hours
• Solid knowledge of Excel, Power Point
• Attention to details
• Good leadership skills
