Work scope:
- Support CRM Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM and related systems/processes. CRM incident handling & user support.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM enhancements management (requirements elicitation, backlog management, change request definition, acceptance testing).
- Digital marketing infrastructure development (functional and operational).
- Business analysis - business process documentation. Business, functional, user requirements. risk mng, stakeholders mng. Project traceability.
- Project management. Timelines. Budgets. Supplier relationship mng.
Requirements:
- Understanding the business domain and specific problems that the software is targeting
- Experience working within an iterative software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Previous experience of supporting a CRM System
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure
- Proven track record in successful using MS SQL.
- Experience/Knowledge of SQL server analysis service and SQL server integration services.
