Requirements
· Experience in IT of 2 years (Business Analysis Service Level Management, Local/Global Application support)
· Experience in CRM management/administration
· Business-facing IT experience in a global environment, preferably with a degree in an IT-related discipline
· Ability to interpret the business IT and functional strategies, understand the Group operating model, and the implications actions in one area have on other functions
· Extensive and substantial practical experience in interpreting business process management and business metrics
· Understand the background, issues and implications of company and functional strategic imperatives
· Experience in creation of product technical documentation (SRS, BRD, etc).
· Experience with key BA technics (interview, workshop, document analysis, estimation, mind mapping, etc.)
· Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Understanding and ability to identify the customer's needs;
· Upper-Intermediate English level (written/spoken);
· Strong analytical and system thinking skills;
Will be a plus
Combination of the following specialization aspects in order of priority:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience with Magento/Shopify e-commerce platforms
- Experience with SAP Enterprise
- Consumer Activation
- Route to Consumer
- Analytics
Responsibilities
· Gathering business requirements and transform into IT solutions
· Establishing the contribution that technology can make to business objectives using a range of techniques such as eliciting & documenting requirements with stakeholders, conducting feasibility studies, producing business models, preparing business cases, usability requirements analysis and usability evaluation
· Identifying and obtaining agreement on the requirements / features which will be most beneficial to the business
· Work in close collaboration with the Development team and Stakeholders to deliver qualitative product increments, including requirements elaboration and ensure that functionality is developed and implemented prior to requirements, in agreed timelines, cost and quality
· Manage the activities in the Deployment/UAT/Hypercare/Stabilization periods;
· Incident management and Change management for IT solutions
· User trainings and Instruction preparation.
· Identifying and raising issues / risks impacting the execution of plans;
· 3rd party supplier's management, negotiations and contractual agreements with relevant 3Ps
· To follow all BAT internal procedures and policies
· Marketing technology systems ownership
