    Principal Accountabilities:

    Planning and executing a social media strategy for social profiles as well as online forums, Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups and Twitter discussions in line with the global marketing strategy including the following: 

     

    Social Influencer Management:

    • Responsible for planning and execution of marketing campaigns using local social influencers.
    • Identification and recruitment of relevant influencers based on the targeted consumer profiles.

    Social Page Management:

    • Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and optimisation of content, messaging, and various communications across social media channels.
    • Updates content periodically in line with the social media strategy.

    Social Community Management:

    • Actively engaging in the online community, building engagement content and conversations across social channels
    • Uses social listening to actively monitor, analyse and capture insights from conversation.

    Social Advertising Management:

    • Execute paid social media and optimize campaigns within budget and maximize conversion with main goal being Lead Generation/SM accounts sign off
    • Manage campaigns to ensure that they are continually improving and growing.
    • Constantly analyse results and experiment with changes to find success and grow volume.
    • Monitor daily campaign pacing and performance.
    • Stay abreast of Facebook's and Instagram's ever-changing advertising product offering and implement new ways to scale the lead generation of these networks.
    • Works closely with the content development team to create a regular monthly schedule to ensure all parties are aware of what is being executed on all social media platforms for the month, to keep in line with promotions, events & new product releases.

     

    Knowledge /Skills and experience:

    • Master Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing
    • Excellent English and Ukrainian languages (verbal and writing skills)
    • Understanding of local & global Social Media technology and campaigns
    • Knowledge of social listening platforms, eg. Salesforce, sprinkler, etc.
    • Strong business engagement knowledge of key social platforms FB, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
    • Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills and a proactive approach
    • Hands on experience in digital marketing (e.g. Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, etc.) or another highly analytical discipline.
