Regulatory Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Engaging with expert / scientific community on matters related to harm reduction and development of potentially reduced risk products.

· Tracking initiatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations on the regulation of tobacco products and potentially reduced risk products.

· Conducting a detailed analysis of the possible impact of certain regulatory initiatives on Company's activities, preparing recommendations for appropriate action together with other departments.

· Participation in the development of the Company's position on the regulation of tobacco products and potentially reduced risk products considering the global company's position on these issues.

· Supporting communication with global Research & Development on projects supporting development of potentially reduced risk products

· Representation of the Company in business associations and national tobacco manufacturers association and participation in meetings with the authorities.

· Facilitation of the relations with media, taking part in the preparation of press releases, messages for the media, participation in the development of corporate publications.

Key requirements:

· Higher Education preferably in Law or Medical Sciences.

· 5+ years' experience in collaborating with Public institutions, scientific / research centers. Knowledge of tobacco regulation is a strong advantage.

· Deep understanding of the regulatory environment and developments.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Advanced English

· Fluent Ukrainian
