We announce vacant position Marketing Head for Health business (Nurofen, Gaviscon, Strepsils, Durex, Contex)  

Key responsibilities:

• Maximize Power Brands market share 
• Identify relevant communication channels for multi-Brands portfolio 
• Design and implementation of Brand Strategy both mid and long-term, with focus on power Brands 
• Bridging local team insights with HQ team for proper investment prioritization to maximize performance
• Building cross-functional cooperation to achieve company goals
• Define a long-term vision for portfolio development priorities and the innovation pipeline. Lead the innovation process to ensure consistent delivery of new products in the market
• Responsible for media strategy converted in robust media planning, addressing omni-channel reach approach 
• Review Brand Plans from different dimensions: marketing, shopper insights, healthcare professional strategy to deliver max ROI for the investments 

We expect: 

• Min. 5 years of experience in marketing on leading positions, in recognized OTC/FMCG companies
• Fluent English 
• Proven track record in strategic & operational marketing as well as innovation (both consumer & medical marketing is a plus)
• Experience in implementing winning digital-enabled and precision marketing strategies
• Strong leadership skills (experienced in leading teams including direct report relationships, cross-functional teams as well as effective intercultural leadership acumen)
• Experience in effective cross-functional engagement
