We announce vacant position NPS Buyer 

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the budget, set category strategy, and deliver savings for local indirect spend excluding Working Media but, including:

- Local categories: promotional displays, local marketing spend, manage commercial fixed costs;

- Support some key global categories such as: copy production, market research, creative agencies and manage commercial fixed costs;

• Compliance:

- Drive compliance of the purchasing policies and increase procurement involvement coverage. Also responsible to monitor Supplier’s financial situation. Identify potential risks and take proper actions;

- Responsible for the contracting with the suppliers and increase the number of contracts covering the spend;

- Usage of Ariba platform to appropriately submit any business allowance for approval;

• Financial deliverables:

- Track and report savings and NWC progress on a monthly basis using the NPS Tracker;

- Work with local and regional Finance Team to validate and secure savings in the P&L;

- Increase Payment Terms whenever possible via direct negotiations or sourcing changes to more favorable supplier.

We expect:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance or similar (
• Multiple years of experience in indirect spend (3 years+)
• Experience in project management in Ariba or SAP roll outs 
• Experience in dealing with suppliers and internal “customers”
• Understand contract management legal requirement
• Fluent English
• Price & contract negotiation skills
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Good listening and coaching skills
