You will act as a point of contact during the recruiting process, promote company’s culture as a great place to work and collaborate with department managers on a regular basis.

Requirements:

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a professional setting. Proven work experience as a recruiter preferred
• Familiarity with professional social networking and ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Gmail, Outlook Calendar, social media outlets such as LinkedIn as well as recruiting websites
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment process to support business-hiring needs
• Prepare job postings
• Conduct preliminary interviews
• Complete offers to successful candidates and negotiate terms of employment
• Build and support talent database by developing strong relationships with the potential candidates
• Stay on trend and continuously develop hiring techniques from internet searches and social media to talent referral programs, cold calling and networking
• Provide recruiting reports on a weekly and monthly basis and respond for achieving yearly objectives and performance metrics
• Other organizational tasks as requested
