IT Project Manager

We are currently looking for a product-oriented project manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Define the technical product strategy and road map
• Interacting closely with a development team by leading product development

and customer integration activities

• Translate high-level product requirements into product backlog items
• Conduct presentations and demonstrate the product to external stakeholders
• Build and manage product release plans.

Qualifications required:

• At least 5 years experience working as a Product Manager/Project Manager

in a software development industry

• Practical experience of Agile development practices: planning poker, retrospective,

sprint backlog, pair programming, code review, etc.

• Pro-activity in organizing requirement-gathering sessions, ability to logically

reason about business decisions and drive product development with relevant suggestions

• Ability to construct a meaningful road map with well-scoped phases
• Ability to write concise acceptance criteria for user stories in any of the most

popular formats (use-case, Gherkin notation, verification checklist)

• Familiarity with the most common ALM systems (e.g. JIRA)
• Being familiar with current software development trends and frameworks
• Understanding of common web solution building blocks: HTML/CSS, front-end/back-end,

API concepts, HTTP, SSL, etc.

• Advanced/Fluent English
