We are looking for a talented candidate to join our great P&O team.

YOUR MISSION:

• Full cycle of recruiting for retail & corporate positions
• Supervising of internal talent acquisition process for Retail
• Ownership of external talent pool for future career opportunities
• Monthly and weekly reporting
• HR Administration support hiring, vacations, sick leaves in 1C and Workday program
• Corporate culture support & development incl. corporate events, sport & charity initiatives
• Participation in local & global HR projects

YOUR TALENTS:

• Higher education
• 2+ years HR/Recruiter experience in international company retail is preferable
• Good command of English: Upper-Intermediate and above
• MS Office, 1C, Workday
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both in a team & independently
• Proactive, joyful, flexible and result oriented
