CarShipIO is a CRM and TMS SAAS Platform for trucking industry. Launched in 2014, today is one of the top 7 leading auto transportation marketplaces in USA.

We're looking for a Biz Dev and Growth Professional to actively seek out and engage customer prospects  and partners as well as work with warm leads for a growing USA based internet software company and fast growing logistics marketplace. 100% Remote Work. Prior experience in a Software/IT or Logistics company is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers and partners.
  • Researching product and industry trends to help us with our product development efforts. You’ll need to have a great grasp on what other companies are doing and what future directions we should look into.
  • Managing Biz Dev opportunities: help manage inbound and outbound biz dev opportunities. Manage relationships with new and existing suppliers/partners.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • Reach out to customer leads through emails, LinkedIn and other social media, marketing campaigns, and calls;
  • Coordinate sales and biz dev efforts with team
  • Continuously improve through open collaboration and feedback;
  • Keep track of customers and prospects in CRM;
  • KPIs: Keep track and provide analytics and goals;
  • Be ready completely own the process of bringing new customers via any channel available, running frequent experiments and growth hacks.

Expectations:

  • Fluent English (both spoken and written interaction) ;
  • Highly motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record in sales;
  • Understanding our vision: You’ll need to spend the time learning what makes our company great and familiarize yourself with our vision and mission so radiate this to everything you do.
  • You are a self-starter and are comfortable taking on some of your own self-development while not being afraid to ask for help any time needed. 
  • You open-minded, have the ability, and are willing to roll up your sleeves and collaborate/help in any department if/when needed for the good of the company.
  • You need to be able to learn from your mistakes and laugh about things. We know you are not perfect. Mistakes will be made and you’ll need the mental strength to make changes and learn from errors.  
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • You are able to multitask  and manage multiple ongoing projects; in a fast-paced and fun environment
  • Proven work experience as a sales and/or business development representative;

  • You are able to see the big picture seeing yourself growing but understanding it takes hard work, dedication, and focus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven Growth hacking tactics and measurable results
  • Prior product Management and any proven growth related experience in related field.
  • Digital Marketing and/or brand awareness experience.

Working Hours: Afternoon based on USA Eastern Time Zone (+7), Flexible Hours. 100% Remote.

Pay: Fixed Salary + KPI Based Bonus +  Bonus based on performance
